Standing – If you sit during most of your day at work or while at home you should try standing and stretching throughout the day.

Food – Some foods such as nuts, coffee, alcohol, and spicy foods may make your symptoms worse. Try avoiding these types of food if you can.

Fiber Foods – Foods that are high in fiber will help soften the stools that pass through your body which will help as a hemorrhoids treatment.

Water – Another effective hemorrhoids treatment is to drink lots of water and other fluids. These will also help soften the stools that pass through your body.

Medication – Before you use any type of medication you should clean the area. When cleaning the area be sure to clean it with warm water by dabbing and not wiping it.
